Carolyn Eichler is a Senior Director with Allocore, and is an experienced program executive skilled in IT transformation and operational excellence. She has led large transformation programs, driven effective and scalable portfolio governance and delivery initiatives, and consistently delivered customer value. Carolyn has previously served in COO roles with Optum Advisory Services and Capgemini Government Solutions, and multiple Program and Portfolio Executive roles with Unisys Federal, CSC, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her experience spans U.S. Federal, healthcare, and commercial markets. Carolyn received her BA from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and volunteers with Women in Technology (WIT).
